By using the Modern Bride website, booking an appointment, contacting the boutique, or placing an online order, you agree to the policies below.

Appointments

Modern Bride is by appointment only. Appointment times are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our booking system or directly by the boutique. Due to limited boutique space, each appointment has a four person guest limit.

Orders And Sales

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds unless Modern Bride determines that an order issue requires correction.

Product Details

Product photos, colors, fit, fabric, and availability may vary by screen, lighting, sizing, and inventory. Prices and availability may change without notice. Please contact Modern Bride before ordering if you need help with fit, timing, or styling.

Online Checkout

Online orders are processed through Shopify. Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing, shipping, phone, and email information at checkout.

Shipping And Pickup

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout when available. Boutique pickup or local arrangements are only available when offered or confirmed by Modern Bride.
