Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Modern Bride does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order, appointment payment, or service payment has been completed.

Online Orders

Bridal and special occasion items are selected, reserved, inspected, or prepared for each customer. Please review sizing, product details, timing, and photos before placing an order.

Order Issues

If you believe you received the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, contact Modern Bride within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Modern Bride will review the issue and determine the best correction when appropriate.

Appointments And Service Fees

Appointment payments and styling service fees are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available by request and is subject to boutique availability.
