 Yes its best that you have a scheduled appointment as we want to give you all of our attention. Our initial consultations are scheduled for 1 1/2 hours. This timeframe will allow us to learn about your wedding day style, browse our selection,  and let the fun begin!

We would love for you to share your beautiful dress shopping experience with your most important family members and friends, however, due to our true boutique size, our space is limited to 5 additional guests plus the bride.  If you require more guests, please give us a call (602-632-8880) to give us a heads up and we will do our best to accommodate your visit.

Absolutely! We recommend wearing a strapless bra, nude undergarments, and bring a pair of shoes (comparable to your wedding day shoes). But most of all remember to prepare to have FUN!! 

We work closely with our designers to ensure your dress is received  in time, however the standard arrival time is between 6 to 9 months. Our private label has more flexibility and can have your dress in as little as 90 days in most cases. 

Although we adore the little ones, due to our limited space, we cannot accommodate any children under 13. 

YES we do! Our seamstress has over 40 years in the bridal couture industry . Since  many of our gowns are made to the bride’s measurements they may not require alterations but if they need a little tweak here and there, we have a great team of tailors to help you.

Due to the nature of your order being made to your measurements, All SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. A CANCELLED ORDER IS ALSO NON REFUNDABLE AND ALL PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FORFEITED.
